By accessing or using the taka b (takab.ws) platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. This is a legally binding agreement — please read it carefully before registering for the first time.

KYC Verification Process

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal, or whenever taka b deems it necessary. Required documents:

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are typically credited to your wallet within 2–5 minutes.
• Deposits are generally free of charge, though the payment gateway may apply a small fee in certain cases.
• Deposits made through a third party using the same account are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (standard account) | ৳5,00,000 (verified account)

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.

There are a few fundamental rules that all users must follow when placing bets on taka b. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled for that specific event.
• Once a match has started, pre-match betting for that match is no longer accepted.
• If a match is cancelled for any reason, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, taka b reserves the right to void it.
• Any attempt to exploit system bugs or errors for abnormal gains will result in the winnings being voided and the account suspended.

Bet Types & Limits

Taka b offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions — failure to comply may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

• Welcome Bonus: Awarded on a new member's first deposit. A wagering requirement of typically 3–5x the bonus amount must be met.
• Reload Bonus: Offered to existing members at select times. Terms vary by promotion.
• Cashback: A portion of net losses over a given period is returned to you. Cashback can be withdrawn directly.
• Referral Bonus: You can earn a bonus by referring a friend, provided the referred person actively places bets.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your own account for a set period — from 7 days up to 5 years.
• Reality Check: Get reminders about how long you've been playing during a session.

• Misusing bonuses or operating multiple accounts.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Attempting to defraud other users or exploit the system.
• Illegal financial activity or suspicious transactions.

If your account is closed and you have a valid balance with no rule violations, your funds will be returned. However, if the closure is due to a breach of our rules, the balance may be forfeited.

You can also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Taka b reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified before any significant changes take effect.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• Any dispute relating to these Terms will first be addressed through negotiation.
• Taka b's decisions are considered final unless proven otherwise.
• If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
